How to stake/unstake EOS CPU and Network bandwidth in OPOLO Desk
- EOS coins must have been added on OPOLO Desk and an EOS account should have been created
- Press the “Send” button in the EOS coin row, a new popup will be opened where you can see the “Manage account” link under the EOS balance.
- Press “Manage account,” this will open a new popup where you will be able to perform different actions for EOS, such as “Create New Account,” “Buy Ram,” “Stake CPU/Net,” and “Unstake CPU/Net”
Stake CPU/Net
- Select the address that has an EOS account name associated with it.
- Stake Account: In this input field, write the account name to which you want to stake the CPU or network bandwidth
- Net (EOS): In this input field, enter the EOS amount which you want to stake for network bandwidth
- CPU (EOS): In this input field, enter the EOS amount which you want to stake for CPU
- If all is correct, the “Stake” button should be enabled now, press it and continue on the OPOLO Cosmos device
- Verify the transaction information and check if all match from the OPOLO Desk, if all is good, continue and sign the transaction
- On successful transaction broadcast, you will be able to see the transaction ID in green color on OPOLO Desk, copy it and save it for your records.
Unstake CPU/Net
- Select the address that has an EOS account name associated with it.
- Net (EOS): In this input field, enter the EOS amount which you want to unstake for network bandwidth
- CPU (EOS): In this input field, enter the EOS amount which you want to unstake for CPU
- If all is correct, the “Unstake” button should be enabled now, press it and continue on the OPOLO Cosmos device
- Verify the transaction information and check if all match from the OPOLO Desk, if all is good, continue and sign the transaction
- On successful transaction broadcast, you will be able to see the transaction ID in green color on OPOLO Desk, copy it and save it for your records.
